Simply Bookkeeping provides honest, dependable, professional services at affordable fees.

We are professional bookkeepers and not stay-at-home moms. You pay only for the time spent on tracking finances for your business. You may see similar services being offered for less, but remember anyone can buy the software and call themselves a bookkeeper. But it takes years of education, training, and experience to be able to become proficient not just with the software, but with advance bookkeeping standards and generally accepted financial principals.

We use industry-leader QuickBooks Pro for all our bookkeeping needs.  We also use Excel, Word, WordPerfect, PhotoShop, Adobe Acrobat, as needed.

Our fees range from $ 50.00/hour for basic Quickbooks training to $75.00/hour for complete bookkeeping services.  Extra fees may apply for non-standard services such as invoicing, payroll, merchant account management, or onsite service. We have 20+ years experience and have been freelancing since 1994.

Simply Bookkeeping offices are fully equipped with multiple computers, black & white and color printers, black & white and color copiers, scanners, shredders, postage scales, and much more.

Confidentiality and security are a high priority for us. Your company’s data is stored electronically and backed up remotely.  Only you and the authorized Simply Bookkeeping professionals will ever have access to your data.
